Safelisting Email Addresses For Your Email Account
From time to time a business associate of yours might have their domain blacklisted by our email provider, and likely other providers around the Internet. When this happens, their emails will not successfully reach your account and will get returned to them. Although this is a problem they should deal with on their end, you can likely "safelist" their address so their emails will arrive in your account.
Log into Webmail by going to your browser and typing:
[your_domain].com/mail (replace [your_domain] with your actual domain name)
Click Settings at the top right.
Click Spam Settings on the left
Add the person's email address or domain to the safelist and save your changes.
