Announcements Component Layout

Announcements and Blog items have similar fields, though not all are used by both. Since the blog is an add-on, you only need to set up the fields with the asterisks if the site has a blog.
- Home page layouts will normally have an area set up for 1-3 announcements.
- Inserts/announcements.html includes product_name, blurb2, and flag1, plus links to the announcement if custom2 is on. The title will link to an alternate url, if custom3 is on.

- Has its own columns.html and product templates
announcements/full-width-title-2col
- Has its own columns.html and product_detail.html, otherwise uses announcements/default product templates and utility category templates
- Product_detail layout is similar to announcements/default, but the product name is on its own line above the blurb
