Checking Secure Orders

If you are doing manual credit card processing, your vendor order confirmation emails will be set up so that the credit card information is encrypted.

To access your encrypted orders:

1. Click the Secure Orders links located in the top left corner of your Site Manager



2. Log in with the user name and password provided by MightyMerchant.



3. Click on the order you want to view.

4. Click the Decrypt Message Now button.



5. Enter your passphrase (This is the same as your password you used to log in), then click Submit.



You should now see the decrypted version of the order.

Troubleshooting

If you try to decrypt a message and get a blank order, it is normally because you have entered the passphrase incorrectly. Log out of the secure email, then log in again and continue with the steps above.
