Overview

You can use the Order Manager to help you track and process orders on your site.

Using the Order Manager you can:

quickly see which orders you need to take action on
make sure you've been paid for orders before you ship them
track the status of each order
view a 'snapshot' of each order as it was originally received
send out a shipping notice via email to your customer
print packing slips
view the shipping history of each order, including tracking numbers
quickly find any order using the order number, customer last name or email address.
keep notes on each order
