Overview

You can use the Order Manager to help you track and process orders on your site.
Using the Order Manager you can:
- quickly see which orders you need to take action on
- make sure you've been paid for orders before you ship them
- track the status of each order
- view a 'snapshot' of each order as it was originally received
- send out a shipping notice via email to your customer
- print packing slips
- view the shipping history of each order, including tracking numbers
- quickly find any order using the order number, customer last name or email address.
- keep notes on each order
