Overview

You can use the Order Manager to help you track and process orders on your site.

Using the Order Manager you can:

  • quickly see which orders you need to take action on
  • make sure you've been paid for orders before you ship them
  • track the status of each order
  • view a 'snapshot' of each order as it was originally received
  • send out a shipping notice via email to your customer
  • print packing slips
  • view the shipping history of each order, including tracking numbers
  • quickly find any order using the order number, customer last name or email address.
  • keep notes on each order
